2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. water
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbs. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. mashed banana
1/2 c. sour cream
3 1/2 c. flour (great with whole wheat!)
1/4 c. wheat germ
Dissolve baking soda in water. Mix all ingredients. Pour into muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
Makes 24 muffins.
